Roger is married to Cindy Anclam, a licensed teacher aide in Clinton. They have two daughters, Kaitlin and Courtney. Roger and his family live just at the outskirts of Beloit in the Town of Turtle. Roger has spent his entire career working to ensure that jobs offer family supporting wages, health benefits, and the potential for a secure retirement.

Good jobs, a strong conservation ethic, healthy environment, and educational opportunity are Roger’s passions. He is a civil rights presenter, an environmental and emergency volunteer, a EAP food program volunteer, and a former United Way labor chairman.
